Mô tả công việc
▪ Extract data from email, recon bank, build template
▪ Upload derailed COD data to SAP
▪ Receive file from other AR Specialists, recheck bank, billing, adjust wrong status, B2B, deduction, ensure all transactions were taken up to SAP correctly, recon AR-AP Detail-Recognition- SAP
▪ Send 3PLs, wait respondence, pass to transport for internal confirmation, summarize wrong status
▪ Revise tracking and recon Real-delivered status
▪ Delivery cost: Extract file "Classify cost" following delivery process, summarize volume, weight charge by regions
▪ Claim compensation, report AR compensation, record SAP, send confirmation AP Lazada.
▪ Ad hoc: team discussion, read & reply email, work with transport, Lazada, breaktime
Yêu cầu
▪ At least 2 years working in accounting, AR position is an advantage
▪ Good communication skill & good English
▪ Deep understanding of accounting software such as SAP or equivalent package
▪ Strong computer literacy, accuracies, attention to details, cautious with sensitive/confidential
▪ Ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service
▪ Ability to clearly communicate complex information, both verbally and written in both Vietnamese and English
▪ Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks for self and others and follow them through to completion
