Accountant Manager

Key duties will be
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL,
Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including accruals, prepaid expenses, account receivable, account payable;
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for BOD in Vietnam and regional and other reports to be submitted to relevant authorities.
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
Perform the processing of functional and expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, if necessary;.
Prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly tax report (including PIT, CIT, VAT, WHT, Business tax).
Responsibility for all tax liabilities.
Directly deal with tax authority for any tax relating issues and pay tax in due course.
Provide consultancy to Board of Directors in saving tax.
Any other tasks assigned by Deputy Director
Job Requirements
General:
Years of experience: 3-5 years
Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
Minimum education level: College or Bachelor
Required skills:
Min 3 years experience in General Accountant
Fluent in English (both in verbal and writing communication)
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired profile:
Energetic, pro-active and flexible attitude, good negotiation skill with the drive to succeed
Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
Vietnamese citizen
Knowledge and practice of account software Xero and/or Odoo is a plus
