to better understand real operational challenges in accounting service environments and gradually build more effective operational approaches and systems.

Main Responsibilities
Be the knowledge hub of the operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and repetitive manual tasks within the Vietnamese accounting landscape
Collaborate closely with the tech team to translate operational challenges into workflow improvement solutions.
Contribute practical ideas for future AI-assisted accounting operations and smarter workflows
Help bridge operational accounting realities with future technology initiatives
Work directly with SME clients and understand their actual operational and accounting needs
Help build accounting service operations and internal workflows for SME clients.
We Think You May Be a Strong Fit If You:
Have 6-12 years of experience in the accounting field, with a proven track record as a Senior Specialist, Operations Lead, SME accounting operations manager or in an equivalent leadership role.
Possess extensive experience working within SMEs, accounting service agencies, or outsourced accounting environments.
Have strong hands-on accounting operations experience in Vietnam and deeply understand real accounting operational challenges in Vietnam.
Understand practical accounting workflows, compliance realities, and operational pain points.
Operational excellence oriented, and naturally identify process inefficiencies.
Enjoy improving workflows, systems, and ways of working.
Proactive, independent, know how to figure things out and does not wait for detailed instructions.
Are comfortable working in ambiguity and helping build things from scratch.
Can collaborate comfortably with both business teams and technical teams.
Are curious about technology, operational improvement, and future AI-assisted workflows.
Have a good balance between principles and opportunities for smarter operational workflows.
Are open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable discussing different perspectives and ideas.
Have good listening and communication skills with ability to work effectively in English-speaking environments.
