HR:
• Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews and assessments, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documents, orientation arrangements, collecting company assets, and completing exit procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administer employees' personal healthcare insurance, including enrollment, termination, and coordination with the insurance provider on related matters.
• Assist in preparing HR documents such as confirmation letters, certificates, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Support attendance, leave administration, and other HR administrative activities as required.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases and generating periodic HR reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
Admin:
• Manage daily office administration, including office supplies, stationery, pantry items, drinking water, parking cards, office equipment, and cleaning services.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
• Support the organization of company events and employee activities, including Monthly Happy Hour, Team Building, Company Trip, Annual Health Check, Year-End Party, and other internal events.
• Maintain and organize HR and administrative documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Handle administrative procedures for expatriate employees, including visa, work permit, temporary residence card (TRC), and related documentation, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
• Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, travel arrangements, meeting rooms, and other office logistics as required.
• Monitor office assets and support asset inventory management.
• Assist in procurement and invoice processing related to office administration.
Others
• Perform other duties as assigned by the
HR Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR and/or Administration.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Hardworking, honest, polite, open-minded, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
• An English CV is required.
