Admin Management
Manage the performance of the Administrative Team.
Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
Establish and implement company policies, standards, and procedures
Manage office supplies and equipment (procurement, distribution, and repairs). Control admin expenses and office budget
Track office asset usage and coordinate with accounting for annual inventory checks.
HR responsibilities:
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a professional and positive experience for new and existing employees.
Manage all sorts of HR documents.
Administer the company's compensation & benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and other perks.
Provide advisory support on compensation issues and answer employee queries regarding benefits.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce company policies, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and best HR practices.
Provide guidance and recommendations to management on employee relations, disciplinary issues, and grievance procedures.
Train and educate employees and managers on company policies and HR processes.
Foster a positive working environment by training subordinates with a high standard service mindset; organize engagement events (birthdays, team-building, town hall); act as an advisory center for all employees about HR- Admin issues.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the Admin - HR/ Office Manager area, including 5 years in the Lead/Manager role, plus experience in the tech industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including compensation, benefits administration, labor laws, and policy development.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, HR best practices, and office management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The ability to communicate skills in English in a working environment.
Personal Traits:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, independent, and able to make decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
Positive attitude, adaptable to change, and committed to driving employee satisfaction.
High level of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness

Actual Experience in Team Management is an advantage.
