JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview: As a Project Manager for our Tech Studio, you will be responsible for the successful planning, management, execution and delivery of client and internal tasks and projects for APAC. You will work closely with the creative, tech, sales, and account teams and 3rd parties to coordinate a wide variety of online digital marketing, digital creative, and technical projects to successful completion. You will be the key bridge of communication for all of APAC, thus strong English and communications skills are a must.

How will YOU contribute to the Team?

• Be responsible for managing projects in the digital production team that will include rich media, mini-games, landing pages, and microsites.
• You will assist with gathering requirements and defining briefs, and then lead the team to deliver effective and creative solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• You will set-up and continuously improve processes to manage projects and task for our Tech Studio.
• Leverage different processes such as Kanban and SCRUM and keep detailed project schedules which include administrative tasks and all parties involved in the project.
• Educate internal teams and advocate best practices in project management.
• Responsible for metrics on performance and overall quality.
• Prepare and conduct internal training on related job matters.
• From time to time take lead or assist with other critical tasks as needed to contribute to the success of the company.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Do YOU have what it takes to succeed?

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in media digital creative, and advertising/production
• Knowledge of/experience with AdTech is required
• Experience working with digital production and creative,is preferred
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CM360, DSPs strongly requested
• Familiar with quality control (ad creative, microsites, etc.)
• Experience working with regional and global teams
• Strong understanding of social media & video platforms
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, clients, and 3rd parties
• Proven instincts about user experience, design, and consumer needs
• A strong critical thinker with a balance of creative and analytical skills
• Able to implement and follow production and development processes
