Advertising Sales Manager (Account Manager) participates in the development and management of K+ Advertising sales operations. She/he is in contact with media agencies and advertisers. She/he develops the turnover from K+ platform.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build commercial offers tailored to the needs of clients; Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.
• Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities.
• Identify and understand customer needs and objectives through consultative sales interactions for convincing the clients to advertise on K+ channels & platform.
• Prepare and deliver sales offer/presentations to new and existing clients.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Answer client briefs and monitor the sales follow-up.
• Take responsibility for driving increased ad spend, upselling, and ensuring the sustainability of customer accounts.
• Manage a high volume of potential clients to reach assigned sales targets and objectives.
Yêu cầu
• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of advertising on TV, digital & social media platforms
• Experience to achieve revenue goals and high performance.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
