As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for driving OnPoint's affiliate marketing strategy, leading a team, and delivering impactful campaigns that meet our clients' goals. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to recruit top affiliates, manage campaigns, and foster long-term client partnerships.
Affiliate Marketing via TikTok/Influencer Affiliate:
• Be responsible for creating affiliate marketing plans to promote multiple affiliate products to attract new customers via top creators.
• Identify and recruit high-performing influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and objectives.
• Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that promotes affiliate products effectively.
Campaign Management:
• Plan and manage a comprehensive campaign calendar aligned with brand and partner activities, focusing on peak seasons of TikTok shop.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Merchandise:
• Oversee the appearance and positioning of products and brands on the homepage and category pages.
• Ensure that all digital merchandising efforts align with the brand's strategy and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Regularly update and maintain product listings to reflect current promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal changes.
Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.
• Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
