The Affiliate
Account Executive plays a key role in planning, managing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns and activities for assigned brands across e-commerce and social platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing performance and management.
Affiliate Campaign Planning & Management
Plan monthly affiliate campaigns and activities, including setting targets, managing budgets (commission, booking fees), and creating campaign calendars aligned with brand objectives.
Manage daily campaign operations - monitor commission setup, product submission, and performance tracking & optimization.
Coordinate with the Affiliate network team & brands to identify and match the right creators and MCNs for assigned accounts and campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are executed on time and smoothly, aligning with brand standards and commercial objectives.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track and analyze affiliate campaign data, identify underperforming campaigns or creators/ MCNs, and suggest improvement actions.
Prepare performance reports and provide data-backed recommendations to drive efficiency, performance and ROI improvements.
Monitor platform updates, research competitors' activities, industry benchmarks, and market trends to identify emerging growth opportunities and adoptable good practices.
Suggest improvements for operational processes related to affiliate campaign setup, performance reporting, and creator/MCN management.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Affiliate Account Executive, Social KAM) and brands to ensure affiliate activities align with overall account goals and commercial objectives.
Communicate effectively with brands and internal cross-functional teams regarding campaign progress, creator/MCN performance, and optimization plans.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with creators/MCNs alongside the Affiliate network executive.
Collaborate closely with internal Commercial KAMs and Operations teams to manage samples for brands working with creators/MCNs.
