KOL & Affiliate Partnership Management
• Research, identify and connect with high-performing KOLs, KOCs and affiliates for performance-based campaigns.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and campaign deliverables.
Affiliate Video Content Creation
• Develop and execute video content strategies for affiliate and KOL-driven campaigns.
• Work closely with KOLs and affiliates to produce high-converting CPS video content.
• Optimize video formats, captions, and CTAs for maximum engagement and sales conversion.
• Implement A/B testing on content to improve performance metrics.
• Track and analyze affiliate video performance, focusing on conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness and campaign efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral content strategies.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with
digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Communicate with
designers to provide production requirements for LIVE covers and product images.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital content production.
• Strong knowledge of CPS (Cost Per Sale) marketing, TikTok Shop, and affiliate performance models.
• Hands-on experience in video content creation and optimization for social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software) is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
