Responsibilities:
OnPoint eCommerce is seeking an experienced and creative Affiliate Manager to spearhead our affiliate marketing efforts, primarily on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
digital marketing, affiliate programs, and team leadership.
As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for driving OnPoint's affiliate marketing strategy, leading a team, and delivering impactful campaigns that meet our clients' goals. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to recruit top affiliates, manage campaigns, and foster long-term client partnerships.
Reporting to the Head of Affiliate & Influencer, you will be responsible for:
1. Affiliate Marketing via TikTok/Influencer Affiliate:
Be responsible for creating affiliate marketing plans to promote multiple affiliate products to attract new customers via top creators.
Identify and recruit high-performing influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and objectives.
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that effectively promotes affiliate products.
2. Campaign Management:
Plan and manage a comprehensive campaign calendar aligned with brand and partner activities, focusing on peak seasons of the TikTok shop.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. E-Merchandising:
Oversee the appearance and positioning of products and brands on the homepage and category pages
Ensure that all digital merchandising efforts align with the brand's strategy and enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Regularly update and maintain product listings to reflect current promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal changes.
4. Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.
Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly with TikTok and influencer affiliates.
Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media trends.
Experience in campaign management and e-merchandising.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms.
