Key Responsibiliies
1.Plan and execute strategy for Service package/ Strategic Product including package, insurance membership and other initiative products for Hoan My group and hospitals. This includes the development of distribution set up, sales policies, staff training and development, development & implementation of sales activity management.
2.Be responsible for top line growth & profitability of portfolio with set budget objectives
3.Work closely with Business Development team & marketing team for the growth initiatives in both new idea of business, Associate Network or pricing strategy. Close coordination with Operations from HQ level to hospital level for service set up to support the valued delivery of service/product package
4.Be responsible for building & maintaining strong strategic relationship with key partners for revenue increase
5.Work closely with hospital's stakeholder to establish market requirements that inform future product strategy and direction
6.Develop launch plans for new products/ product packages/ services, promotional program and manage the implementation and execution of these plans

Key requirements
Education: BA degree in Marketing, Business. MBA graduation as preferred
Experience: 5-6 years experiences in, trade marketing, distribution network, 2-3 years experiences in Healthcare would be an advantage
