Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
** Starting rate: $22.50 per hour
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervisory and training duties in the Housekeeping department. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1-year previous experience in hotels (full-service preferred) and excellent communication & basic computer skills. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Open availability is required - including weekends and holidays.
Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Clearly communicating the standards of performance.
· Ensure all required trainings are completed & monitor training progress if all HSKP colleagues within Public Areas, Room Attendants, and HSKP Leads.
· Evaluate colleague's performance, including coaching and counseling as necessary.
· Supervise the cleaning and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house.
· Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and brand standards.
· Report any items in need of repair.
· Follow & execute all safety procedures.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 1-year of hotel experience (full service experience preferred)
· Excellent communication skills.
· Previous supervisory experience preferred.
· Basic computer skills.
· Ability to push/pull/lift a moderate amount of weight.
· Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
