Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
System Monitoring: Monitor solar systems daily through multiple platforms, track system output, and log/escalate any detected errors or hardware defects to the technical team.
Data & Reporting: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports for internal teams and clients.
Technical Support: Support the technical team in preparing technical reports (you will be trained on reports like Thermal Analysis, IV-Curve, Performance Ratio, QA QC Report, Site Assessment Report, ETC.).
Salesforce & Operations Support: Update and maintain accurate client and asset information in Salesforce; log, track, and update repair and maintenance activities to support operational workflows.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance,economics, marketing, businessadministration
Fresh graduatesor candidates with up to 1 year of experience are highly welcome.
Good Englishskills (fluent spoken English is a plus).
Advanced in Microsoft Excel (knowing VBA is an advantage).
Multi-tasking, accuracyand attention to detail,
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
