Application Support Business Analyst Full-Time 2024

Job Description
Application Support:
Respond to user queries and issues.
Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
Document resolutions and update the knowledge base.
Business Analysis:
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Document requirements clearly and accurately.
Assist in preparing functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
Ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Learning & Development:
Stay updated on new and emerging technologies.
Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems. Or in a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role or Application Support role.
Excellent English communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 7.0.
Knowledge of software development processes, especially software requirement analysis.
Strong listening, interviewing, and documentation skills.
Effective presentation and stakeholder relation skills.
Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to learn and understand new technologies.
Personal qualities: Team-oriented, thorough, detail-oriented, and creative.
Nice to have: Experience in the Healthcare Domain, Agile environment, and professional certificates in Business Analysis.
Open to take onsite assignments in the US.
