Position: Area Management Staff (Belong to Aftersales Department)

Job Summary:
This position supports Northern dealers in developing their Aftersales business by closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking appropriate actions to help improve their results. Additionally, the position also is required to keep track of the Aftersales market, including the activities of competitors and third-party workshops, to ensure our dealers remain competitive and well-informed.
Job Descriptions:
Major Duties
• Support Northern dealers for Aftersales business, include Workshop Certificate
• Making report every week for Aftersales KPIs of Northern dealers.
• Follow up Aftersales KPIs and take actions to support dealers for improvement.
• Study Aftersales activity of other brands and 3rd party coopetitors in Northern Area and have report to management.
• Coordinate with dealers to handle customer complaints.
• Support new dealers expand, include new workshop layout, training, preparation items to new dealer, etc.
Minor Duties
• Receiving, follow up technical/quality issues occurring in Northern dealers and report to manager
• Apply GEMBA Kaizen at Northern dealers
• Co-ordinate with dealers to improve campaigns (recall campaign, etc.)
• Support other internal departments in Company's business
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree with major in Automobile Technology
• Experience: Have experience relating to Service Workshop management and/or Jobs related to after-sales service
• Knowledge: Has knowledge in Automobile industry
• Skills: PC skill and data analysis skills (MS office, Power point, etc.), fluently in English
• Others: Have Driving license B2
