Manage, build, and develop the distribution network and oversee sales operations.
Supervise and support
Sales Supervisors in achieving sales targets and complying with company policies.
Train and develop the supervisory team while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Accounting, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products/services.
Organize and implement promotional campaigns, sales support programs, and effectively manage promotional materials while evaluating campaign performance.
Propose sales policies and business strategies to the Board of Directors to meet customer needs and company growth objectives.
Collect and analyze market data, monitor sales trends and brand performance, and develop periodic action plans for assigned areas.
Review and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Sales Supervisors.
Maintain relationships with key customers to strengthen brand presence and product display.
Gather feedback from customers and store owners regarding products, business policies, and service quality.
Resolve issues arising from employees, customers, and business operations.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with distributors and business partners.
Experience in coaching, training, and developing teams.
Willingness to learn and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to travel to provinces as required by the job.
Good understanding of the FMCG market in Vietnam, especially Hanoi and surrounding provinces.
Good English communication skills.
