We are looking to hire a dynamic A&R Executive to help oversee our growing team of artists and creators. You will be supporting the A&R and Creative Department in spotting, signing and managing the development of creative talents. It is an exciting and demanding position and will fit ambitious individuals with keen interest in the arts and creative fields.

Responsibilities:
Talent scouting, identifying, profiling and proposing new potential artists. Contacting artists, setting up meetings and developing relationships.
Creating artist proposals and development roadmaps.
Negotiating and signing artists.
Creating production, marketing and distribution plans.
Managing communication and relations with artists.
Managing brand and sponsors relationships. Managing production budgets and timelines.
Requirements:
• Experience working with and managing artists/talents/creators.
• Experience managing projects in a leading role.
• Experience in media, arts and creative fields.
• Broad understanding of arts, trends and popular culture both globally and locally. • High level soft skills.
• Organized and motivated.
• Competent spoken & written English.
