Sales & Occupancy Management
Drive sales activities to achieve monthly revenue targets and maximize occupancy for hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices.
Actively identify, reach out to, and convert potential leads through networking and direct sales efforts.
Conduct professional site tours and lead negotiations for lease agreements with prospective members.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Leasing teams to develop promotional campaigns and competitive pricing strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor performance to maintain a competitive edge in the local coworking market.
Operations & Centre Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the coworking space, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional environment.
Manage leases, contracts, billing, and payment collection in coordination with Finance.
Supervise opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, and third-party vendor services.
Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Customer Experience & Community Building
Deliver exceptional service to create a welcoming and productive environment for all members.
Develop and execute community events, networking sessions, and workshops to foster member engagement.
Promote collaboration among tenants and external partners.
Handle escalations and resolve member issues promptly to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead and coach Community Associates to achieve operational and service excellence.
Foster a positive, high-energy work culture aligned with UOA values.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare comprehensive reports on sales, occupancy rates, and revenue for management review.
Contribute to budgeting and business planning for the coworking division.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, or property management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in sales, leasing, or customer experience management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (verbal & written).
