JOB SUMMARY: IT Assistant Application Manager is the principle key member to make the implementation of the TTi Vietnam for Enterprise Application Product.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solution Design & Improvement
• Understand business requirements and recommend practical system solutions.
• Design application and integration solutions that support business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
Project Delivery
• Work with business users to define requirements, test scenarios, and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to configure, test, and implement Oracle ERP and related applications.
• Prepare and maintain project and system documentation.
System Integration & Data Management
• Ensure solutions align with ERP standards and business requirements.
• Develop and support integrations between ERP and other business systems.
• Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Collaboration
• Partner with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement of enterprise applications and business processes.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Degree in IT or related discipline required.
2. Experience:
- Over 5 years of IT experience in supporting ERP applications, especially experience in cross functional implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of Oracle ERP technical working experience.
3. Knowledge:
▪ Minimum 3 years of Oracle ERP technical working experience.
▪ Strong hands on experience with Oracle functions, procedures, triggers, package and performance tuning
▪ Any other programming skills is advantage - Java, BI tools or any popular IT tools.
4. Functional Skills:
▪ Good communication skill and good teamwork spirit
▪ Good problem-solving skill and systematic mindset
▪ Solid working experience of enterprise applications including ERP / Supply Chain / systems integration
▪ Eager to learn and proactive thinking
