The Assistant Manager is a skilled and experienced professional responsible for leading and delivering training and coaching a team of top-performing sales representatives. The Assistant Manager will play an important role in training initial classes, licensing, basic and advanced skills for sales force, including financial consultants, sales leaders and
sales managers. He or she also supports sales activities such as sales seminars and career opportunity events.

1. Conduct training and sales activities:
• Conduct training for both FCs and SLs and SM+
• Conduct sales support activities like sales seminars and career opportunity events.
2. Develop High-performing core sales force:
• Provide efficient coaching, training, and sales activities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
• Drive the team on quality recruitment, quality sales to achieve the sales revenues, productivity, especially maintaining the retention rate.
• Motivate sales force through both extrinsic & intrinsic factors.
• Develop core FCs and SLs through specific training, coaching, supporting programs & long-term development.
3. Plan and develop training program:
• Develop a comprehensive training plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to organize sales workshops, events, ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives.
• Build, design and conduct training modules for sales force.
4. Others:
• In charge of building eLearning lessons.
• Support other tasks of Agency Training Team.
• Other tasks required by line manager to support Agency Training Team as well as Agency Group.
