The Job:
- Provide Daily Production Update to track AD and agency performance on biz submission, issued, pending... Manpower (new recruits, termination, inforce, ...), Sales Productivity
- Provide Weekly Update of Agency Maintenance of Contract and Agent Career Path
- Update and finalize Agency Contest
- Accumulate and validate data for reporting/contest...
- Develop reporting system and formulate new/ adhoc reports as required and in line with business strategy
- Support at any time related parties
Yêu cầu
The Person:
- Graduated from Mathematics and Computing
- Experience in life insurance and MIS report are preferred
- To understand data structure and consolidate the figures with 100% accuracy on formulating performance Scorecard Measurements at agent/ AD level.
- To apprehend contest rule and translating to the formulas for proper validation and response to any queries for agency force.
- To possess the knowledge of agency lifecycle movement and appropriate criterion for maintenance of designation/ their career path.
