Job Title : ASSISTANT MANAGER - QUALITY
Working Location : KCN Dệt May Phố Nối B, Dị Sử, Mỹ Hào, Hưng Yên
(Company provides daily shuttle bus from Hanoi)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure all processes and standards are adhered to during the manufacturing process in line with customer specifications whilst establishing processes, providing and managing resources, training and motivating employees with a strategic perspective to achieve business objectives.
1. Ensure all quality related processes and controls are established in all production units and the output meet the customer required quality specifications. Establish quality guidelines for all new processes required for product changes.
2. Make on time submission of all lab dips/batches pending colour approval so as to obtain feedback within the stipulated time frames in order to facilitate timely despatch of goods to customers.
3. Build good working relationships with customers in order to understand their requirements and thereby supply goods that are fit for purpose, whilst communicating learning to the entire process including the sale team, production, planning, Quality etc.
4. Provide leadership to develop problem-solving culture within the organisation to ensure proactive problem solving at the rate of production to achieve periodic performance targets.
5. Ensure that the bench strength of the department is developed through mentoring and skill development to improve the capability of quality decision makers.
