• Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to build relationships and identify new collaboration opportunities
3. Collateral Development & Brand Management
• Lead the end-to-end development of all marketing and PR collateral that supports the hotel's commercial objectives, including brochures, flyers, menus, tent cards, press kits, and promotional materials for Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Events
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to ensure all materials are tailored to target audiences and aligned with seasonal campaigns, upselling strategies, and guest experience enhancements
• Ensure all content and design elements adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards, while also meeting the requirements of the Brand Standard Audit (BSA)
• Manage the production process, including vendor coordination, proofing, and quality control, to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency

• Collaborate with internal departments (Rooms, F&B, Events, Sales) to define shoot objectives, key messages, and usage goals (e.g., press kits, social media, sales presentations, OOH)
• Develop detailed shoot briefs, including shot lists, mood boards, and storyboards to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign themes
• Source and manage external vendors such as photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and production crews, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery
• Oversee on-site logistics during shoots, including location setup, talent coordination, and brand compliance
• Ensure all visual assets are optimized for multi-channel use (e.g., media distribution, website, LinkedIn, print collateral)
5. On-Property & Out-of-Home (OOH) Channel Management
• Oversee the planning, content creation, and scheduling of all on-property communication channels, including in-room TV, lobby screens, elevator displays, and digital signage, to promote hotel services, F&B offers, and guest experiences

• Monitor the effectiveness of on-property and OOH channels through guest feedback, engagement metrics, and campaign performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI
• Ensure all visual communications are consistent, brand-compliant, and contribute to a seamless guest journey from pre-arrival to on-site experience
6. LinkedIn Content & Employer Brand Visibility
