Mô tả công việc
A. POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing and supervising the vacuum forming production department.
B. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and schedule production to meet delivery requirement and inventory target
- Plan, organize and control raw materials so as to achieve low loss and wastage
- Plan, organize and control manpower so as to achieve good staff productivity
- Goods produced meet quality standard and requirement
- Safety at the workplace is never compromised
- Identify area for Kaizen improvement. Implement and sustain improvement made by Kaizen.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior
KPI:
- Manpower productivity
- Material loss
- Production wastage
- Customer complaint: Limit number of complaint on quality and delivery failure
- No accident
Yêu cầu
Must Have:
- Good in production planning & control of material
- Good in planning, organizing and control of manpower.
- Communicate well - can give clear instruction, good listener
- Hands on person, Walk and supervise shop floor regularly
- Can speak simple English
Good To Have
- Have technical background or understand technical issue
- Innovative in solving problem
- Residence in Bac Ninh is advantageous
