Mô tả công việc
- Support the Finance team to work with the Bank and participate in domestic and international capital raising deals.
- Support in building business plans and financial models for new projects of the company.
- Support in market research at projects the company is implementing.
- Support the construction department and manage the budget for the development of Real Estate projects.
- Establish standardization of revenue and expenditure management process for Real Estate projects.
- Coordinating with departments, working with contractor consulting units in the process of developing projects.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics/ Business Administration or relevant majors.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in real estate companies/groups
- Professional knowledge in banking credit operations, real estate project finance, market research, corporate financial management
- Good English 4 skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point,..)
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
