Develop and implement frozen food sales and market expansion plans.
Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and process customer orders.
Coordinate delivery arrangements and monitor order fulfillment.
Follow up customer payments and manage receivables.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate sales team performance.
Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in food sales, distribution, FMCG, supermarkets, convenience stores, or restaurant chains.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
