We are a leading Southeast Asia-based manufacturer of premium wet wipe solutions with fully automated. We supply high‐quality wipes for personal care, household use, industrial cleaning, and medical hygiene. Our expert team offers customized formulations, flexible packaging, and comprehensive private‐label and contract manufacturing services, all backed by internationally certified quality and safety standards.
Overall job objectives
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for within the Vietnam market.
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
• Consistently identify new business opportunity/avenue to extend local market share and increase sales KPIs.
Core responsibilities
• Develop product and market expertise.
• Create new private label revenue by building and managing a pipeline of customer prospects from identification to negotiation to execution.
• Identify opportunities via market and competitor analysis.
• Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
• Facilitate the negotiation of pricing and contract terms for long-term relationships.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product development and innovation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through issue resolution
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Work closely with internal departments to deliver effective solutions and support customer requirements.
Yêu cầu
Required skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years' sales management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Possess customer-focused mindset, matured and amicable personality.
• Experience in dealing with consumer products in supermarkets.
• Self-motivated and result oriented individual.
• Periodic to extensive domestic travel is required
• Fluent in written & spoken English
