Advise the Chairman and executive team on design concepts, technical solutions, and construction strategies for luxury development projects.
Review and evaluate architectural, interior, and structural proposals submitted by consultants and contractors.
Provide expert opinion on spatial planning, material selection, buildability, and functionality from both aesthetic and practical perspectives.
Participate in key design presentations, workshops, and coordination meetings to represent the Chairman's vision and expectations.
Monitor design development to ensure it meets luxury branding, quality, and operational requirements.
Identify design or construction risks early and recommend corrective strategies to maintain project integrity and budget control.
Advise on the selection and management of architects, interior
designers, engineers, and key contractors.
Ensure consistency and excellence in design implementation from concept through construction.
Support in resolving complex design or construction-related issues and aligning cross-functional teams.
Stay up-to-date with international luxury trends, design innovations, and construction technology.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in design and/or construction of luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end mixed-use projects.
Proven ability to manage or advise on large-scale projects with high aesthetic and technical standards.
Strong understanding of both design vision and construction practicality.
Experience working with international consultants, design firms, and contractors.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Good in English.
