We're looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art-based) who doesn't just "manage creatives" but actively shapes ideas, raises the bar, and protects the soul of the work. This role sits right at the intersection of concept, craft, culture, and execution.
You'll stay hands-on throughout the creative process, lead a tight creative team, and work closely with clients and internal departments to bring bold work to life.
Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Quality Control
Develop an in-depth understanding of business challenges, client briefs, and brand objectives to create work that solves real problems and stands out creatively.
Lead concept development and execution for IMC campaigns across social, digital, influencer, and emerging platforms.
Own creative quality end-to-end: from ideation and direction to production and final delivery.
Lead brainstorming sessions and push the team to go beyond the obvious.
Review, refine, approve, or challenge creative ideas, content, and presentations to ensure high standards.
Stay sharp on digital trends, new formats, platforms, and cultural movements - and translate them into actionable creative ideas.
Client Partnership & Creative Consultancy
Act as a creative partner and consultant to clients - helping them see new possibilities, not just execute briefs.
Collaborate closely with Account, Planning, Social Lab and Production teams to align strategy, creativity, and execution.
Lead creative presentations, client pitches, proposals, award submissions, and new initiatives.
Manage creative expectations from planning through execution, ensuring clarity, trust, and quality.
Project Ownership & Performance
Oversee multiple projects at once, balancing ambition with feasibility.
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met without compromising creative quality.
Monitor campaign results, analyze performance, and propose optimizations or next-step ideas based on insights.
Team Leadership & Growth
Lead and mentor a creative team of 6+ members across copy, art, and design disciplines.
Coach team members on both creative craft and strategic thinking.
Foster an open, honest, and collaborative team environment where ideas are challenged and improved.
Encourage experimentation, smart risk-taking, and continuous learning - especially around AI and new creative tools.
Support team members' career development through regular feedback and guidance.

Candidate Profile
We would like to hear from those who have:
7+ years of experience as an art-based creative in digital or IMC creative agencies.
Proven experience handling digital-first and 360° IMC campaigns across multiple categories.
A strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, craft quality, and real-world impact.
Comfortable presenting ideas, influencing stakeholders, and building trusted client relationships.
Experienced in leading creative teams (copywriters, art directors,
designers,...).
Deep understanding of social and digital ecosystems, platforms, formats, and emerging trends.
Confident and hands-on in using AI tools within creative and production workflows.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects under pressure.
