Mô tả công việc
Process:
Work closely with the Product Owner and AI team to develop/enhance the in-house eKYC solution that supports evaluating the customer's identity for all lending products;
Lead and implement the initiatives to improve the eKYC performance that balances the UX and Risk Requirements;
Design the eKYC process that involves a cross functional team including: Back-End of Financial Services, Credit Decision Engine, Back-End of eKYC;
Manage and document the eKYC policies that specifies for each lending product including: RE-KYC logics, Face matching, NFC, Fraud trigger and Manual review;
Collaborate with MoMo Platform Risk Team to align on the strategy to implement the fraud rules/fraud trigger for MoMo platform as well MoMo lending products;
Lead the eKYC part once MoMo onboards the new lender for lending products;
Work closely with the AI team to implement the fraud score to lending use cases;
Work with the external data providers to implement the new initiatives to improve the efficiency of the EKYC process;
Design the manual review guideline and train the credit operator;
Performance management:
Develop the eKYC performance reports by product;
Monitor the north star metrics of EKYC performance such as: Conversion rate, drop rate, manual review ratio, SLA and Credit Ops productivity;
Propose the prompt actions to improve the efficiency of the eKYC process as well as prevent the fraud activities;
Optimization:
Work closely with Product Owner and AI team to digitalize the face database;
Work closely with AI to develop the Old-New ID database;
Research new technology to incorporate to the as-is process to enhance the efficiency of eKYC process as well as prevent fraud activity.
Yêu cầu
University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or its equivalent;
At least 4 years of experience in risk management of Retail Banking, Consumer Finance company related to underwriting process, eKYC product development, fraud prevention & detection;
Proven track records to work individually or lead a team to apply the fraud triggers/fraud rules/fraud score for the underwriting process;
Ability to train and provide guidance to team members about new solutions / initiatives;
Have the experience of fraud prevention tool & manual review portal development;
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and database management;
Have the knowledge about eKYC technology and updated trends in the digital identity;
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with product owners, AI teams, and stakeholders.
