Mô tả công việc
Create and maintain customer databases to efficiently manage athlete information.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights for improving the event experience in future years.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Train and onboard new customer service representatives to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience.
Market and promote the events to potential customers, including targeted marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Collect and respond to feedback from athletes, their families, and communities to address inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Propose and devise touchpoints and service blueprints for athletes based on feedback and insights to enhance their overall experience.
Prepare and track the progress of service blueprints for upcoming events.
Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless event experience, including ticketing platforms, marketing channels, and suppliers.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the AES manager.
Yêu cầu
College or bachelor's degree in a related field (events management, hospitality, communications, marketing, finance, sports management).
Minimum of two years of experience in customer experience/customer service
Prior experience in event management/production preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
Willing to work evenings and weekends during events.
Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate.
Exceptional writing & communication skills.
Fluent in writing and speaking in English (must have because you need to communicate with foreign athletes).
