Gain hands-on experience in applying automation to real operations. Execute defined solutions and contribute to improving efficiency at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply available automation solutions and Microsoft tools to support predefined automation initiatives, aiming to convert manual CS processes into automated workflows and reports.
• Build, execute and maintain basic automation workflows using Macro, Power Automate, etc.
• Analyze customer service processes and transactions to identify automation opportunities and propose improvement solutions.
Yêu cầu
• Student or fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, IT, or related fields
• Interest in process improvement and digital transformation
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
• Responsible, proactive, able to work independently. Project and time management skills are a plus.
• Strong technical foundation in Macros, Power Automate, and Power Apps; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or AI tools is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with automation projects (academic, internship, or personal)
• Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP systems
• Exposure to supply chain or order-to-cash processes
• Good command of English
