1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build relationships with customers in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, food and beverage and other industries.
- Advise on AGV, Vision Camera and automation systems suited to customer needs.
- Work with Engineering to prepare solutions and quotations that meet technical requirements.
- Prepare sales plans and achieve assigned revenue and KPI targets.
- Participate throughout project delivery, from product introduction to after-sales support.
- Track market trends, analyse competitors and recommend sales strategies.
- Report progress and results to the manager periodically.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- College or university qualification in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Sales experience with automation equipment, AGVs, Vision Cameras or similar industrial products is preferred.
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA, robots, AGVs, Vision Cameras, IoT and related automation systems.
- Strong technical-analysis and solution-consulting skills.
3. BENEFITS
- Base salary: VND 12,000,000-25,000,000 depending on experience and capability, plus sales commission; total income is uncapped.

4. WORKING TIME AND LOCATIONS
8:00-17:00, Monday to Saturday morning; Saturday afternoon and Sunday off.
