Midwich Asia is a B2B AV and Video broadcast equipment business based in Singapore. The business distributes its products to customers in Southeast Asia. Midwich Asia is a division of Midwich Group Plc, one of the largest AV distributors in the world with business presence in UK & Ireland, Europe, Middle-East, North America, and Asia Pacific.
We are expanding in South East Asia and we are seeking to fill 2 positions in Vietnam - an Video Broadcast Equipment and an AV Equipment BDM & Account Manager. These are newly created roles. Each role would suite someone who is currently working for a B2B Video Broadcast or AV Equipment distributor or manufacturer or similar background.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with consultants, integrators, architects, designers, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with clients to understand their AV/Video Broadcast requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Stay updated on the latest audio-visual technologies and industry trends.
Engage in consultative selling, offering expert advice to clients on AV or video broadcast solutions that align with their educational goals.
Create compelling and customized proposals, addressing the unique needs and specifications of customer projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct product specifications, on time delivery and after sales service.
Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation.

Yêu cầu
The successful candidate will be well connected within the industry and have at least 5 years solid experience. You will be highly independent (working from home) and be highly motivated and ambitious for success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at building relationships, and possess a deep understanding of the AV or Video Broadcast industry.
Qualifications & Other Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on AV solutions or Video Broadcast.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies and their applications in educational settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer focused and Team player
- Self-started and hands-on
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- MS Excel & ERP (NetSuite, Dynamics or similar) experience is a must
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, other Asian languages highly advantageous
- Occasional in country and international travel will be required
