ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a full-time B2B Marketing Executive to plan and execute Datagent's marketing initiatives across digital channels, content, and events.
This role is designed for someone who is execution-oriented, enthusiastic to learn, and takes genuine pride in the quality of their output. You will own assigned marketing workstreams, work closely with the founding team, and operate with a high degree of independence in your day-to-day execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute Datagent's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok (upcoming)
Manage and execute content calendars aligned with business priorities - including product launches, thought leadership, and lead generation campaigns
Track and report on channel performance across key metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion) and implement optimizations accordingly
Plan and manage paid campaigns where applicable, ensuring clear tracking and performance accountability
2. Content Marketing
Content is central to how Datagent builds credibility and generates inbound interest. The standard here is high - outputs should reflect the quality of a professional services firm.
Develop and produce high-quality content across formats: LinkedIn posts, market insight reports, and sales-enablement materials
Work closely with the founding team to translate complex data and market intelligence topics into clear, compelling narratives for senior B2B audiences
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content
Support preparation of marketing materials as needed (e.g. product brochure)
3. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Execute email campaigns including newsletters, product updates, and lead nurturing sequences
Manage CRM and email tooling; maintain clean and well-segmented audience lists
Track open rates, CTR, and conversion performance - optimize campaigns based on data
4. Events & Industry Activations
Plan and execute events, webinars, and industry activations that build Datagent's visibility in target markets
Manage end-to-end execution: concept development, content preparation, promotion, and post-event follow-up
Leverage activations to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and pipeline contribution

Must-Have
Less than 2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or
digital marketing - B2B marketing experience preferred
Minimum IELTS 7.0 or equivalent; strong professional reading and writing ability in English
High ownership mindset - able to plan, execute, and optimize independently
Creativity - able to develop compelling content and campaign ideas that resonate with professional B2B audiences
Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and making data-informed decisions
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, and Word for professional purposes
Nice-to-Have
Experience producing B2B content for professional services, consulting, or data/intelligence firms
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or social media management tools
Understanding of the investment or corporate landscape in Southeast Asia
Experience managing social media accounts in a B2B context
