Key of Responsibility:
- Visit customers, conduct site surveys, and analyze customer requirements.
- Design and propose technical solutions, prepare BOQS, technical proposals, and support quotations.
- introduce, demonstrate, and promote company products and solutions to customers.
- Provide technical consultation and pre-sales support throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, implementation partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage assigned projects and customer accounts from initial engagement through implementation and acceptance.
- Participate in customer meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Continuously learn new technologies and provide technical support for new products and solutions.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer, or Solution Engineer.
- Experience in site surveys, BOQ preparation, technical proposals, quotations, and project implementation.
- Experience with Factory Solutions, Factory Automation (FA), or Smart Factory solutions.
- Knowledge of Security & Video Analytics, Network Cameras, CCTV, VMS, or IT solutions is an advantage.
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or above, with the ability to communicate directly with Japanese customers.
- Experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese clients is preferred.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
