Lead business growth in the Industrial & Manufacturing segment by acquiring and developing clients, ensuring tailored security solutions compliant with industrial regulations, safety standards, and customer operating environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Segment Intelligence
Understand industrial security requirements, EHS standards, and operational risk management in factories, plants, warehouses, and logistics hubs.
Ensure supplier and subcontractor contracts align with internal compliance, ethics, and legal regulations.
Conduct market analysis, study competitors, and stay updated with industrial safety & security trends and relevant local regulations.
Identify must-win industrial segments and key accounts (manufacturing, industrial parks).
Review pricing structure and benchmark with I&M market practices.
2. Client Engagement & Account Development
Build strategic relationships with Security Manager, EHS&S Leads, Plant Managers, Procurement Managers,
HR Manager,
Finance Manager, and industrial park boards.
Conduct client site visits to understand operations, safety needs, and risk profiles deeply.
Ensure correct invoicing and service delivery expectation alignment.
Develop case studies demonstrating security deployment efficiency in industrial environments.
3. Sales Process & Solution Design
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on Pipedrive.
Develop tailored security solutions incorporating industrial risk, access control, perimeter security, fire & safety support, and emergency response readiness.
Conduct cost modeling aligned with manpower structure, training & safety requirements.
Lead negotiation, contract closing, and proper contract handover to operations phase.
4. Reporting & Performance
Participate in annual sales and business planning.
Achieve sales targets and client development KPIs.
Submit weekly Pipedrive updates and monthly performance reports.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
