Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales plans and demand forecasts for assigned customers to ensure stable production supply while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and support business planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage and follow up on new business projects and monitor project progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and market expansion in the assigned territory.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales (industrial, manufacturing, construction materials or related industries is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English (mandatory). Chinese language skills are a plus.
