Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Keep and follow up contracts
Be in charge of the payment for all administrative expenses
Maintain office supply stock (uniform, stationery and other working tools...)
Assist in managing office assets and office maintenance
Assist in activities and company's events (facilitation and organization)
Support onboard/outboard procedures for employees
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and other tasks as assigned

Education: College/ University major Business Administration, ecomonic, or related major
1-3 years of experience in a similar role or administrative field experience
Experience in dealing the contracts with vendors about office equipments (advantage)
Good communicate in Engish - Essential Traits (Personality or soft Skills required for this position)
Teamwork spirits
Hardworking, careful and willing to learn
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
