Mô tả công việc
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to collect, clarify, and optimize business and technical requirements.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend solutions with an emphasis on maintainability, reliability, and clean coding standards.
• Advocate for CI/CD and DevOps best practices to improve deployment speed and software quality.
• Lead development initiatives by providing technical direction and mentoring team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide Agile processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, to ensure deliverables align with release timelines.
Yêu cầu
• Over 3 years of practical experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java.
• Proficient in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, and both relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong grasp of backend technologies and scripting, including Java Core, Spring Boot, and SAP frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build RESTful APIs.
• Knowledgeable in microservices architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience deploying solutions in cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Comprehensive technical background covering backend, frontend, data management, and system design-particularly in the banking domain.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
