The Job
Role Description
Your primary responsibility will be to develop the business layers of company applications and to work with other team members to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers.
What will you do?
- Break down client problems and determine a workable solution.
- Write clean, scalable code using backend programming languages.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Map domain/business logic into application code.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Your Skills and Experience
Must have :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- A background in software engineering, software design.
- Have at least 1 year experience with .NET or other backend programming languages (Golang...)
- Intermediate understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL-based systems and language.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented development and design patterns.
- Openness and willingness to learn and work with new programming languages as required by the company's goals and strategic direction.
Nice to have:
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Good understanding of testing concepts and practices, including: unit, integration, and use case testing.
- Have experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality, increase development speed, and assist with complex problem-solving.
- Familiarity with DocumentDB/NoSQL databases.
- Basic awareness of Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) layer pattern.
- Basic awareness of Event Sourcing principles. Familiarity with technologies like Event Stores and message queues (e.g., Kafka), and understanding how they are used to build scalable and decoupled applications.
- Familiarity with Observability/Monitoring: Experience implementing and utilizing modern monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentry, ELK stack) to ensure system health and troubleshoot production issues.
