Role Description The BD Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vietnam, responsible for driving business growth and expanding CJ Logistics Việt Nam's e-fulfillment and logistics services. Day-to-day, the BD Manager identifies and develops new business opportunities, builds and maintains relationships with key clients, and conducts market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends. The role includes preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with operations and product teams to design tailored logistics solutions.
The BD Manager also monitors performance of key accounts, tracks revenue targets, and prepares regular reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management in logistics, e-commerce, or related industries.
Strong abilities in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in relationship management, customer service, and problem-solving to deliver effective solutions for clients.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, with solid organizational and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment in Vietnam or the wider region is highly preferred.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
