CARGO CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Receive booking requests from agents, check cargo characteristics, and reconfirm relevant details with the airline.
• Check available capacity, make bookings, and confirm bookings to agents.
• Enter and update shipment data in tracking spreadsheets and the 6E system.
• Coordinate with Sales to prepare the loading plan for each flight and determine cargo allocation for loading onto the aircraft.
• Work with Sales and the Operations team to agree on the handling plan and update shipment status when irregularities occur, such as delays, offloads, or damage.
• Update actual shipment details after each flight and prepare consolidated accounts-receivable/payable files for upload to the accounting system.
• Receive customer claims, investigate with the relevant parties, and provide findings to Sales for customer follow-up.
• Coordinate with the passenger-cargo team regarding cargo and baggage status from one week before departure through the day of flight, in order to identify additional cargo capacity.
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounting to reconcile actual cargo figures for each flight, including charges collected from agents and charges payable to the airline.
• Maintain and archive relevant records and documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Department Manager.

• Fixed monthly salary: VND 12.000.000-18.000.000, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A major in Logistics is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to listen empathetically and resolve issues effectively.
• Outgoing, positive, energetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good at least one sport.

• Work location: 47 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
