Mô tả công việc
• Manage all civil, electrical, mechanical, construction, renovation, and new projects across plants in Vietnam and Sri Lanka.
• Lead projects from planning and budgeting through execution, completion, and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Ensure all projects comply with local legal, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure quality, cost, safety, and performance standards.
• Oversee utilities, infrastructure, and factory facilities to ensure reliable operations and proper maintenance.
• Manage project budgets, risks, resources, and progress, with regular reporting to management.
• Align with sustainability goals, cost-saving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with relevant functions to ensure projects meet business and operational needs.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen the project and engineering team.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the direct Manager.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Project management skills, leadership skills
• Good communication & presentation skills, MS Office skills, knowledge of architecture and engineering software
• Expert in Energy management /electrical, very good understanding of environmental related data storage systems
• Strong data and analytical skills
• Problem solving and continuous improvement, decision making skills, negotiation skills
• Integrity, attention to details
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
• At least 7 to 10 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Working time: Monday to Friday (7:30AM - 5:45PM)
- Annual leaves: 15 days/year
- Working location: Hirdaramani Viet Nam - FGL - Head Office, Sonadezi Building, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City.
