· Provide technical consultation and support to customers on BIM and Cloud solutions tailored for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
· Assist the sales team in product demonstrations, presentations, and participate in related industry events, webinars, and workshops.
· Coordinate with software vendors (e.g., Autodesk) for technical support customers.
· Attend product training courses and obtain certifications from our technology partners.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· College or university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related fields.
· Experience with Cloud-based collaboration tools, Acrobat.
· Knowledgeor experience in using Revit and AutoCAD is a strong advantage.
· Previous experience in technical training, consulting, or support is preferred.
· English communication, especially in reading and understanding technical documents.
Working Hours:
· Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
· Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
