BIM Manager (Primary Role)
• Preparing Project Schedule and Delivery Targets,
• Preparing Project workflow and Resource Planning and Responsibilities,
• To be responsible for BIM projects by authoring BIM execution plan,
• To manage BIM projects in project schedule, quality, and internal manpower arrangement
• Maintain detailed and accurate records,
• Supervising and supporting tasks assigned to technician team,
• Defining production plan with Project Managers,
Shop Drawing Manager (Secondary Role)
• Preparing Project drafting standards and shop drawing strategy,
• Coordinating and reviewing drafting quality control,
• Resolving technical and complex issues,
• Preparing 3D models for clash detections,
Yêu cầu
Experience & Qualification:
• Degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in bridge structural detailing.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in BIM Infrastructure projects.
• Team Leader of BIM modelers able to identify and solve engineering problems using BIM
• Extensive knowledge of BIM software such as Tekla, Grasshopper, Rhino or ALLPLAN
• Extensive knowledge in CAD 3D modelling,
Technical Skills:
• Experience in large scale Bridges or infrastructure projects,
• Good knowledge in preparing BIM execution plan (BEP)
• Extensive knowledge in BIM software's (Tekla / Grasshopper / Civil 3D)
• Extensive knowledge in CAD 3D modelling,
• Good supervision, delegation and management skills and checking your own work,
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
