Mô tả công việc
1.Strategic Planning for Communication and Marketing:
Advise and propose product lines for the company.
Forecast revenue and establish a marketing budget for approval by the Board of Directors.
Develop plans, solutions, and organize the implementation of the company's objectives and policies regarding communication and marketing activities.
2.Coordination with departments, partners, and customers
Collaborate with departments (R&D, Trade, Quality Control, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, ETC.) to manage performance and develop product categories.
Propose customer, partner, and nationwide agent attraction policies.
Cooperate and establish relationships with KOLs, agencies, and media outlets to promote products and manage crises or public relations events related to the company.
3.Responsible for Marketing Department's tasks
Monitor the media and marketing budget monthly/quarterly/annually and adjust the budget appropriately for each campaign.
Implement branding campaigns to increase brand credibility and drive traffic to the company's communication channels.
Develop promotional programs and customer appreciation campaigns based on the approved annual plan.
Guide content creation to attract visitors to the company's website, social channels, and e-commerce platforms to increase conversion rates.
Review and approve marketing ideas from employees.
Conduct interviews and train personnel management for the marketing department.

Yêu cầu
A bachelor's degree or higher in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Preferably with experience in Retail or Beauty companies.
Ability to work independently to complete tasks as required.
Organizational and work supervision skills.
Analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
Communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in office software and data analysis tools for social media channels.
A good sense of aesthetics, creativity, and basic knowledge in the fashion field is an important criterion.
Experience in producing media materials (digital content, TVC, publications, ETC.).
Experience in building marketing strategies (brand, product, distribution, ETC.).
Up-to-date with modern marketing trends
Understanding of various aspects of online business operations.
Creative and innovative thinking, with sharp analytical abilities.

Total Salary: 18,000,000 - 22,000,000 VND/Month.
Year-end Bonus: Tet bonus or bonus based on the company's business performance.
