Develop and implement bottom-up business plans and inventory forecasts to ensure alignment between brand objectives and market demand.
Set sales targets, investment plans, and KPIs for each customer account; monitor performance and evaluate
trade marketing effectiveness.
Strategically allocate marketing funds across accounts and sectors; track spending and adjust plans based on performance and ROI.
Align brand strategy with customer objectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure excellent in-store execution and trade spend alignment.
Monitor weekly inventory levels and coordinate timely solutions to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and sales plans to meet company and customer goals.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by line managers or in coordination with suppliers.
Develop, manage, and coach team members to enhance their skills, performance, and readiness for higher responsibilities within the team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales,
Business Development or Account
Management, 1 year in a leadership position.
Teamwork, good communication.
Strong understanding of FMCG or retail market dynamics
Strong analytical thinking and ability to build business plans and forecasts.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Proficient in English, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
