Be responsible for ensuring that the products and services under the brand resonate with current and potential customers;
Be able to draw on consumer research and monitor market trends. Therefore, having a strong understanding of the target market, as well as potential target markets, is key;
Play a pivotal role within senior management teams by providing feedback, analysis, and planning on key brand activities;
Coordinate internal resources (Marketing shared services: ABM, Marcom, Digital, Production, Design, CRM) and external agencies to ensure they adhere to the brand purpose and guidelines in all executions and communications;
Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customer expectations and build brand credibility;
Collaborate with other departments, such as financial control, product development, operations, and concept owners, to maintain a strategic overview of the business and identify future market opportunities;
Demonstrate creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original ideas for strategic plans and branding activity proposals, while also being accountable for budget management;
Assist the
Marketing Manager with other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or a relevant major;
Have at least 5 years of experience in the Marketing field, including at least 2 years in a Brand Manager position;
Have experience working in a Branding Marketing position in the F&B or FMCG industry, or in an agency environment (having managed projects specializing in F&B);
Possess knowledge of the marketing mix, media channels, PR, and social marketing;
Have strong research and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of consumer needs and behaviors;
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication, the ability to work cross-functionally, and the ability to be both a team player and a respected leader;
Possess strong time and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
Exhibit strong management and coordination skills, with attention to detail, strategic thinking, the ability to deliver strategic solutions, and budget management expertise;
Be proficient in MS Office and have strong presentation skills;
Fluency in English (written and verbal) and a good command of Chinese or Japanese is an advantage.
